Challenges to responsive web development.

I have been going pretty well until I had health issues and then I was having many blank moments. This was the biggest challenge and timing due to hospital visits. Outside of this I would say there were some areas in which I was not getting my code to work properly. On my cell phone page I could not get the code to show as it should have as in my mock up design. I must say this was very frustrating for sure. The responsive part worked, however, the format was not going as how I designed them to be.

Identify a website with useful navigation

 http://www.bestbuy.com/

I went to www.bestbuy.com and found useful navigation on this site. The main page is set up with very clear navigational structure in my opinion. You focus on the logo first and then it directs you to the bold navigational buttons in blue with white writing. Once you hover over the bold navigational buttons it brings down a drop down menu.  This helps the customer find the product they are seeking faster before they get frustrated and just search for it in the search box.  Also in the navigational section the company has an option for the Spanish customers to view the site in their given language.

Speaking of the search box it has been placed on the top of the screen and a little bit to the left which is very clear for the customer to know where to search for the products. The shopping cart is very visible in the large yellow tab. I am not seeing anything wrong with the structure from my perspective.
